Reel Film Media are an award-winning video production company based in the UK. Their clients span the globe, including the likes of Netflix, Disney, Channel 4 and the NHS.
Reel Film approached us to design and develop a platform to streamline their workflow and enhance their client experience.
Our goal was to create a simple and easy-to-use platform for them to efficiently and securely collaborate with their clients on projects.
Our solution was a client portal that allows Reel Film to easily upload and share videos with their clients, receive feedback, and track progress, all in one place.
Each user has a dashboard that allows them to see their active projects and completed video projects which they can download.
Users can then view a project to see multiple revisions and versions of a video. Users can also upload files required for a project.
When viewing a video - users can provide feedback through comments and download the video in multiple formats for use on different platforms.
We worked closely with Reel Film to integrate their client portal with third-party systems and platforms they use to help streamline their project delivery.
